Nagasa: 69,1 cm. (extremely long for its time)
Sori: 1,8 cm.
Moto-haba: 2,9 cm.

Moto-gasane: 0,55 cm.
Saki-gasane: 0,45 cm.
Nakago hole: Two
Hamon 波紋: Suguha quite wide that in some parts it almost shows Notare pattern
Hada: Masame small areas combined with Muji
Horimono 彫刻: Double Bo-Hi 二倍樋 called between certains collectors Blood Groove
(one for each side all at the long of blade and tang)
Mei 署名: Mumei (NBTHK 日本美術刀剣保存協会 attested as Kongōbyōe Moritaka 盛高作金剛兵衛)

Kongōbyōe School:

Blade condition: We can know the date of the last polishing thanks to the Sayagaki. It is then seventy years old, it is preserved quite well revealing some light points. Something opaque the Hamon plus also very superficial scratches, all typical of an old blade with polishing that is not recent but that is well preserved. Also it has the traditional razor edged.

Kantei 鑑定 attested blade identification:

The name of the person to whom the certificate was issued (the person who submitted the blade for shinsa) is blacked out.
This is a certificate issued in year 1969, currently the name of the individual recipient is not written.
In recent times Japanese are being more concerned about personal information getting out in the public.
The name of the person who applied for the shinsa is no longer written on the latest NBTHK papers,
and often times the person who owns a sword with old paper will black out his name (as in this paper).

Shirasaya 白鞘 white sheath writing attest:
Sayagaki (written testifying this Shirasaya 白鞘 was done to it after the blade has been polished and has gone thru Shinsa)

Nakago's example of a sword attested as Moritaka third generation Jōji era 貞治 1362-1368 to Ōei era 應永 1394-1428 Muromachi period 室町時代 from the Soho Museum:
